About Me
As an educator, my goal is to go beyond teaching content knowledge to affect real change. I foster critical thinking skills, application, and problem-solving skills to encourage people to see, think about, and act in the world. I encourage positivity and influence the lives of others through inspiration, modeling to them what a change agent can be. My teaching methods reflect my optimistic view that students are motivated to learn, to master the content, to consistently improve, and to positively influence their lives and communities. I support mastery-oriented goals and evaluation practices, by providing administrators, thought-leaders, teachers, leaders and others with a variety of challenging tasks with clearly defined goals and focusing upon improvement when evaluating their work.
